Asqalan successfully expanded since the beginning of its journey, developing “Asqalan Electro-mechanical Est.” and “Asqalan Trading Est.” in 1995, and “Arabian Stone” and “Al-Majdal Carpentry” in 2002. The development of Asqalan sister companies helped build onto the strong foundations of Asqalan Construction and Development into a well-reputed Asqalan Establishments, with offices held in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain employing over 750 employees.
Asqalan Construction and Development was established in 1994 as a grade III construction company based in the capital of United Arab Emirates; Abu Dhabi. With the vision of its founders, and their aim to reach the top and using the latest technology, the best resources available and the most effective engineering solutions; Asqalan experienced a steady growth and gradually built itself a portfolio filled with multi-disciplined projects. Asqalan successfully completed a wide range of projects from mosques, to low and high-rise buildings, police and fire stations and luxury villas.

Equipped with modern machinery and advanced engineering techniques lead by a team of over 900 personnel from professional and well experienced engineers to skilled and unskilled workers, Asqalan formed a complete constructional team that is less dependent on external sub-contractual affairs, giving it an edge over contemporary firms. Asqalan has been upgraded to Grade I Classifications in 2012.
